The system delivers a suggested care pathway based on your self-reported intake data.

PhysiPhone does NOT provide physiotherapy services and is NOT a substitute for care from a licensed physiotherapist, physician, or other regulated healthcare professional. Our AI-powered platform offers evidence-based recovery guidance, exercise programs, and movement analysis tools for self-directed rehabilitation. You are responsible for determining whether this service is appropriate for your individual health needs.
If you require diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a regulated healthcare professional, please consult with a licensed practitioner in your jurisdiction.

Do NOT use PhysiPhone for medical emergencies. If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or other life-threatening symptoms, call emergency services (911) immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PhysiPhone platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Services
PhysiPhone provides a digital platform that connects users with structured recovery guidance, exercise content, and evidence-based decision logic. The Services include:
- AI-assisted wellness screenings
- Self-guided movement programs
- Automated safety screening
- Health progress tracking tools
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments
4.1 3-Day Free Trial
Every new subscription to PhysiPhone comes with an automatic 3-Day Free Trial. During this period, you will have full access to all premium features of your selected plan at no cost.
You will be required to provide a valid payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before the 3-day trial period expires.
4.2 Billing and Charges
If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day free trial, your payment method will automatically be charged the full subscription fee for the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are billed in advance.
4.3 No Refund Policy
We uphold a strict No Refund Policy. Once the 3-day free trial has ended and a charge has been processed, we do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Failure to cancel before the trial ended
- Lack of usage or dissatisfaction with the service
- Accidental renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will retain access only until the end of your current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Read this section carefully. It limits our liability to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHYSIPHONE GLOBAL HEALTHCARE INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PhysiPhone Global Healthcare Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PhysiPhone Global Healthcare Inc. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Surrey, British Columbia, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
